Terms of Use

The Service lets you join the Pierogies Factory loyalty program, earn and redeem rewards points, and receive notifications about upcoming food-truck events, order-ahead links, and rewards updates that you choose to receive.

• You earn 10 points per whole US dollar spent, per program rules.
• Earn points anywhere. Redeem at the restaurant.
• Points are promotional loyalty points toward free food. They are not cash back, stored value, gift cards, and have no cash value.
• Points are personal to your account, are not transferable, and may not be sold, combined with other accounts, or exchanged for cash.
• We may modify the rewards catalog, point values, and program rules, and may correct erroneously awarded points. We will not reduce points you have already validly earned without notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, including a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The Pierogies Factory text message program sends recurring automated messages from (970) 825-0899 and is made up of two message types with two separate opt-ins: event & account texts (truck and event alerts near you, event changes, order updates and order-ahead links, and rewards/account notifications) and marketing & promotional texts (special offers and promotions). Each type is collected on its own separate, unchecked checkbox at signup and is sent only with its own consent; agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other. Neither consent is a condition of signing up, of using the Service, or of any purchase. See our SMS Terms for full program details.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including your phone number and consent records.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain points or rewards through fraudulent or automated means.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pierogies Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
