SMS Terms & Conditions

The Pierogies Factory text message program sends recurring automated messages from (970) 825-0899. It is made up of two separate message types with two separate opt-ins. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other, and neither is a condition of signing up or of any purchase.

• Event & account texts (informational). Alerts when the truck is stopping near you, event changes or cancellations, order updates and order-ahead links, and rewards/account notifications.
• Marketing & promotional texts. Special offers and promotions. This consent is collected separately, on its own checkbox, and is never implied by the informational opt-in.

You opt in at signup (for example, after scanning a QR code at one of our events) by entering your mobile number and checking one or both of two separate boxes. Both start unchecked, and you can complete signup with neither checked. We then text you a one-time code to verify the number is yours before anything is saved; that verification code is transactional and is not itself an opt-in.

The event & account text box reads:

I agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Pierogies Factory at the number provided: truck and event alerts near me, order updates, and rewards account notifications. Consent is not a condition of signup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The separate marketing & promotional text box reads:

I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Pierogies Factory at the number provided, such as special offers and promotions. Consent is not a condition of signup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Neither consent is a condition of signing up or of any purchase, and checking one box never checks the other. We record which boxes you checked, when, and the exact wording shown to you at that time.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. STOP applies to both message types, not just the one you replied to.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@pierogiesfactory.app.
• You can also change your delivery preferences in your account, though that page cannot grant a consent you never gave -- opting in happens on the signup page.
• Phone verification codes (OTP) are transactional and separate from both message types in this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
